Your challenges:

• You will be the trusted point of contact for both existing and new customers, ensuring a personal and professional approach.
• You will manage the commercial administration meticulously, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up of customer dossiers.
• You will take responsibility for entering and tracking orders, preparing price calculations, drafting quotes, and registering and following up on quality issues and complaints.
• You will handle both pre- and after-sales, proactively identifying potential customer dissatisfaction.
• Together with our sales and business development managers, you will ensure the customer remains at the center and play a key role in strengthening customer relationships.

Who are you?

• You hold at least a bachelor’s degree.
• You are a strong communicator - with excellent knowledge of Dutch, English, and French. Knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
• MS Office holds no secrets for you.
• You are eager to learn and possess a positive drive with a strong sense of initiative.
• You thrive in a lively, dynamic work environment with a varied range of tasks.
