Your challenges:
Administrative support
- Play a key role in shaping HR and safety projects.
- Strengthen our internal communication channels by creating attractive presentations, notes, and posters.
- Support our onboarding and training policy by providing administrative reinforcement within HR training.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks, such as time registration software, mobile phone and fleet management, reporting, and invoice verification to ensure a smooth administrative workflow.
Organizational support
- Organize unforgettable events, from parties and team-building activities to sporting events that foster teamwork.
- Provide thoughtful gifts for employees on special occasions and bring a smile to their faces.
- Stay in tune with the pulse of the company by assisting with surveys on various topics and ensure that all feedback is used to improve our organization.
- Plan external visits from suppliers - such as for hearing protection and other safety materials.
- Organize periodic health checks and flu vaccinations, in close collaboration with the safety advisor.
- Arrange meeting rooms, hotels, and restaurant visits for colleagues and visitors, including all associated transport details such as flights, taxis, or trains.
Logistics management
- Manage inventory and handle the ordering and distribution of personal protective equipment and work gear, contributing to a safe work environment.
- Organize the distribution of personal lockers.
- Maintain smooth contacts with service providers such as laundry, fruit distribution, and meal vending machines.
- Manage the first aid supplies in collaboration with the safety advisor to ensure the health and safety of our employees.
Who are you?
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree.
- You are proactive with a focus on finding solutions.
- You have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for organization and administration.
- You work with integrity and discretion within various collaborations.
- You have a strong affinity for IT and technology.
- You possess a valid driver's license.
